The 2014 Area Median Incomes (AMIs) that were provided to Fannie Mae by the Federal Housing Finance
Agency (FHFA) are available to determine eligibility for Fannie Mae's MyCommunityMortgage® (MCM®) product. The 2014 HUD AMIs have been published on Fannie Mae’s website and will be added to the Desktop Underwriter (DU) the weekend of August 16, 2014. Until then, lenders underwriting MCM loans manually
should use the 2013 AMIs.
