The CBPB updated the Small Entity Compliance Guide for the Ability-to-Repay and Qualified Mortgage Rule on August 14, 2013 to reflect finalized changes to the Rule. The Guide now reflects the amendments to the final rule issued on January 10, 2013, as implemented by the June 2013 Concurrent Final Rule and the July 2013 Final Rule.
