Final Rule Issued on Disclosure and Delivery Requirements for Copies of Appraisals and Other Written Valuations Under Regulation B

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau issued a final rule, amending Regulation B, to implement an amendment to the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, regarding appraisals and other valuations, that was enacted as part of the Dodd-Frank Act.
