Selling Guide Announcement 2012-13 has been released to include updates to Fannie Mae’s Selling Guide. The various updates include items, such as ownership of mortgage loans prior to purchase or securitization, redelivery of loans, premium recapture, new requirements for verifying large deposits, and clarifications to our delayed financing policy.
