The Rural Housing Service released Administrative Notice (AN) 4635, which provides updated instructions regarding the refinance features of the Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program (SFHGLP). AN 4635, published on April 2, 2012, replaces AN 4549 (1980-D), which was published on January 19, 2011.
