Freddie Mac has issued Guide Bulletin 2011-26 to announce that effective for Mortgages with Settlement Dates on or after April 1, 2012, there will be a 10 basis point increase in Required Spreads for all products. There will also be a commensurate change in Freddie Mac's cash program pricing.
