Pursuant to SEL-2010-13: Selling Guide Updates, Fannie Mae has updated its Selling Guide and has also issued release notes describing items in the Announcement and other recent Announcements that will be supported with the release of Desktop Underwriter® (DU®) Version 8.2 the weekend of December 11, 2010. The affected topics (and specific paragraphs) are noted for each policy change on the Attachment to SEL-2010-13 and are linked to the updated Selling Guide posted on eFannieMae.com. Lenders should review each topic to gain a full understanding of the policy changes. The updated topics are dated September 20, 2010.
