Fannie Mae posted a new authorized change in the Instructions for the Nevada Deed of Trust (Form 3029) and in the Summary (Instructions) for the Multistate Fixed Rate Note (Form 3200) to allow lenders to add mortgage broker licensing information to the documents when required under Nevada law. Mortgage broker licensing information also may be added to other multistate notes for loans secured by property located in Nevada. Lenders may begin adding the licensing information immediately.
